Russia, US resume anti-terror dialogue despite Washington’s attempts to evade it – Lavrov
Russia and the United States have resumed anti-terrorism dialogue after Washington’s attempt to evade it for a long time, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has said. “Now we have resumed the anti-terrorism dialogue with the Americans after their long attempts to evade it,” he said in an interview published by Moskovsky Komsomolets daily on Wednesday. Similar dialogue is also being restored with the EU, he said. Russia is promoting the idea of “connecting them to the data bank” created by the Federal Security Service (FSB). It accumulates information on all movements of so-called foreign militants & terrorists, Lavrov said. “Of course, it is very important for us that they [terrorists] do not return” to Russia, he added.
