China will become a partner country of the XIV International Aviation and Space Salon MAKS-2019. Russia’s largest airshow will take place from August 27 to September 1 at Zhukovsky Airport in Moscow Region. The organizers of the MAKS-2019 had offered a new format for the biannual event, inviting China to be a partner state. Representatives of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade and Chinese Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, as well as the air show’s organizers are meeting reporters in Moscow on Wednesday to tell them about preparation for the event, its exhibition and business program. China has been a long-standing member of MAKS Aviation Salon. The first performance by the aerobatics crew of the People’s Liberation Army of China took place for the first time on August 1, 2013.
