Investigators and officials from the Interstate Aviation Committee (IAC) have put all the fragments of a Sukhoi Superjet-100 plane that crash-landed at Moscow’s Sheremetyevo Airport in a special hangar.

The debris will be kept there during the investigation, according to Svetlana Petrenko, a representative of Russia’s Investigative Committee (SKR).

Both flight data recorders, from the plane that burst into flames after an emergency landing, were found earlier and investigators have started working on them, Petrenko said on Monday. Several causes for the crash are being considered.

The flight, en route from Moscow to Murmansk, had a total of 78 people on board. The accident killed 41, officials said. Six were hospitalized, according to the Russian Health Ministry.
