Air Marshal Anil Chopra (Retired) is an Indian Air Force veteran and the former Director-General of the Center for Air Power Studies in New Delhi.
A Qualified Flying Instructor, test pilot, and a pioneer of Mirage-2000 fleet, who has commanded a Mirage Squadron and the Aircraft and Systems Testing Establishment (ASTE) of the Indian Air Force (IAF). He was the team leader of MiG-21 Upgrade (Bison) project in Russia and commanded several operational airbases.
