The Russian leader has buried the old world order and outlined his view on Russia’s and the world’s future in a key address

Russia is ready to send food to Africa and the Middle East, where the threat of famine is most acute, but faces “logistical, financial, transport” obstacles imposed by the West, he said.
Reasons for the Ukraine conflict “simply impossible to reach any new agreements with them,” Putin said.
