"North Korea will not give up nukes"

“Now that they have it, North Korea will never give up nuclear weapons,” says Pavel Leshakov, Head of Korean Studies at Moscow State University.

“The collective leadership of North Korea wants to survive and they will not stop, so the best way to soften the situation is to return to the Six Party Talks.”
