Is Gen-Z difficult to work with?

New studies are coming out saying GenZ is difficult to work with, and 12% are fired in their first week. Is it just because all young people are new and have a learning curve or is it something different? Gen Z joined the workforce during a rough couple of years in lockdown. They are not as socially experienced in an office environment.
