Campus protests enflame the US

Colleges were gripped for weeks as protesters descended on campuses setting up camps. As violence began to arise and the occupations turned destructive, a new brand of protester emerged – the patriotic frat bro. But this was not the end. Due to the destruction and violence and refusal of some of these protesters (some of whom are not even students) to leave graduation, ceremonies have been canceled across the country. This all comes while Joe Biden is trying to pass sweeping student loan forgiveness, which already angers those who say it puts the burden on taxpayers. On this episode of The 360 View, Scottie Nell Hughes discusses with her panel (‘Dr. Turley Talks’ host Dr. Steve Turley and University of New Haven lecturer Robert McDonald) the unexpected effect the protests are having on the Biden administration’s Gaza policy, as well as the 2024 presidential election.
