Sex-based segregation & fairness in sports

Protecting sex segregation and fairness in law & sports in the age of gender identity. Holland Cooke discusses these topics with attorney Kara Dansky from the Women’s Liberation Front, which previously filed a lawsuit against the Obama Administration to restore Title IX rights to women and girls, and Dr. Colin Wright, an Eberly Research Fellow in the Department of Biology at Penn State. Few American communities feel more betrayed by their state than Flint, Michigan, as the Water Crisis continues. Holland Cooke discusses this with activist Lee Gaddies from Detroiters for Environmental Justice, and Jennifer Kurland, a 2018 candidate for governor and now communications director for the Green Party in Michigan.
