Weak numbers in Japan, US, strong ones in tech

French demonstrators are back on the streets protesting labor rules and the US economy expanded at its weakest pace in two years. Ameera David weighs in, followed by RT’s Manuel Rapalo reporting on the US House of Representatives approving a bill aimed at protecting privacy. RT’s Alex Mihailovich reports on French lawmakers pushing a resolution calling for the end of EU sanctions against Russia.

After the break, Ameera sits down with Arun Sundararajan – professor at NYU’s Stern School of Business – to talk about Uber and Airbnb. And in The Big Deal, Ameera and Edward Harrison talk about Facebook and Amazon earnings and the latest data out of the US and Japan.
