Amazon v the city of Seattle

Amazon is making it harder for working class people in Seattle to afford a home, according to council member Kshama Sawant, and now the city of Seattle is finding itself in a fight with Amazon as the e-commerce giant refuses to continue construction as a ‘head tax’ heads to a vote. Kshama Sawant joins us from Seattle to give us an insight into the fight between big business and ‘Emerald City.’ Iowa’s governor is getting criticism for harsh cuts to the state’s energy efficiency, while California may make it law to include solar panels on new homes; Tyson Slocum gives us his view with Bart Chilton.
