Missing diplomacy

From North Korea to Syria, President Donald Trump’s foreign policy is literally all over the map. North Korea says it is open to direct talks with Washington, only to be met with preconditions. In Syria, where the US has no legal right to be in the first place, peace is within view. But this is not what the Trump administration wants.
