CrossTalk: Security for whom?
Russia and the West survived the Cold War because each recognized and practiced the concept of ‘indivisibility of security.’ One country should not attempt to attain security at the expense of another country. This is exactly what the West has done against Russia. To the point of claiming Russia has no right to any security guarantees.
