The second Republican debate seemed to have a major theme - and spoiler alert: it wasn't the state of the US economy or the multi-billion-dollar spending spree on Ukraine - it was the US' new boogeyman: China. China was on the lips of every GOP candidate. If you ask former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley, China is trying to destroy America.
