Sanctions: Opportunity in disguise

Moscow’s special military operation in Ukraine has triggered a wave of anti-Russia sanctions from the West. New ones add up almost every day. As a result, foreign companies are suspending their operations in Russia or quitting altogether. ATM cards have been blocked, and banks have been disconnected from the international payment system. Sharp fluctuations in dollar and euro exchange rates followed to add to this predicament. In these difficult times, many Russian companies are rearranging their logistics, looking for alternative suppliers of goods and materials, and focusing on the resources they have at hand. Some have already found a way out, while others are still looking for one. Can Russian businesses overcome this challenge?
