At the age of five, Laura Ganich survived the Leningrad Siege, a tragic episode of World War II that claimed more than a million lives. Today, at 87, she works as a Virology Laboratory assistant in Donetsk. Despite the constant threat of shelling, Laura refuses to abandon her job, which she has dedicated 33 years of service to.
