Just like a heartfelt page from a family album, this documentary depicts a love story in one of the most challenging places on Earth. 'Sumerian', a political instructor in the Russian Army, met Ensign Zoya, a delicate woman with a strong character, right on the frontline. As the Ukrainian government declared war on its own people following the 2014 coup d'état, both 'Sumerian' and Zoya volunteered to join the war.
