Joseph, Kevin, and Fabrice are now Russian citizens. Joseph Schutzman moved to Russia from Kansas because he and his wife want their children to grow up in a country that maintains traditional values. The Schutzmans welcomed their seventh child here. Joseph is currently working for a large Russian IT company that focuses on developing the latest technologies.

Boxer Kevin Johnson hails from a crime-ridden suburb in New Jersey. He has long known how to stand up for himself, but it is only in Russia that he has truly felt what safety means. Kevin is continuing his career as a professional boxer here, competing for the Russian team. He has even adopted the patronymic Vladimirovich in honor of the Russian president.

Fabrice Sorlin is the vice president of the International Movement of Russophiles and a traditional Catholic. He was forced to flee France, where he faced persecution for his beliefs. Fabrice’s family is expecting their tenth child.

All these expats are building their futures in Russia and have no plans to return to their native lands. They share their stories so that people in the West can learn the truth about Russia. They all deeply love Russian culture, cuisine, and, most importantly, the Russian people, who have warmly welcomed and supported them.
