US Disrespects Syrian Sovereign State & Police Kill “Hero” Security Guard in Illinois

Anya Parampil reports on a recent claim by US Special Representative for Syria, James Franklin Jeffrey, that all foreign forces other than Russia will leave Syria after Iran withdraws from the country. She also brings comments recently made at the United Nations concerning the Syria’s future, particularly calls for a Constitutional Convention to be convened by the end of this year. Former UK Member of Parliament, George Galloway, joins In Question to discuss the US disregard for Syria’s sovereignty. Later, Anya remembers Jemel Roberson, the 26-year-old security guard who police shot and earlier this month after he successfully chased and tackled a gunman who opened fire on Manny’s Blue Room Lounge in Robbins, Illinois, where he worked. Attorney for the Roberson Family, Gregory Kulis, tells Anya why Jemel should be considered a hero and responds to a US District Judge’s decision to block a motion requesting the identity of the officer responsible for the murder be revealed.
