Following days of violent opposition protests in Caracas, self-proclaimed interim president Juan Guaido failed to overthrow the democratically-elected government of President Nicolas Maduro. In Washington, DC, stand-offs between activists living in the embassy with the permission of the Maduro government and the pro-Guaido opposition remains tense after four arrests Thursday.
