US hands Huawei temporary reprieve until total ban

The US has announced it will temporarily scale back trade restrictions placed on Chinese tech giant Huawei. RT’s Rachel Blevins has the latest. An alert from the US Department of Homeland Security warns Chinese-made surveillance drones--popular with consumers, businesses and law enforcement--may be compromising confidential data with the Chinese government.
