Trump tariff war against migration continues

Former Trump campaign boss Paul Manafort, who is currently serving time in a Pennsylvania federal prison, could be locked up at notorious Rikers Island as he awaits trial in New York. Legal and Media analyst Lionel joins In Question to discuss. President Trump announced that all goods from Mexico would have tariffs  of 5 percent effective June 10th if the Mexican government does not help prevent mostly Central American migrants from entering the US. The tariffs could increase for up to 25 percent if no action is taken. However Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador is optimistic that a deal could be made between the two countries.
