The California legislature is finally officially apologizing for the state's role in the internment of Japanese-American citizens during World War II. Over 100,000 people were forcibly taken out of their homes and parents were in many instances separated from their children. US officials including House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-California) are lobbying America’s European allies to not do business with Huawei. The second of two flights carrying Americans home from the Diamond Princess cruise ship, quarantined in Japan, has landed in Texas.
