US may reverse position on blacklisted Huawei

A year ago, the Commerce Department made the decision to blacklist Huawei, claiming the Chinese telecom giant was a danger to US national security. But now, in a move that signals a dramatic shift in policy, the United States could soon be working with Huawei to establish 5G standards. RT America’s Rachel Blevins has the story.
