Israeli gov’t stability questioned after failure to extend key-law
There’s fear of instability in Israel, following the failure to extend a key-law in that country. The legislation in question is an existing law that bars Arab citizens from extending citizenship or residency rights to spouses from occupied West Bank and Gaza. Critics argue that extending the law is really aimed at maintaining a Jewish majority in Israel. RT’s Paula Slier reports. (10:21) The president of Haiti, Jovenel Moise has been assassinated. The attack, happening overnight, after a group of gunmen stormed his home and shot him to death.
