SCOTUS says ‘no’ to vax mandate, employers relieved amid worker shortage (full show)

Businesses and retailers around the country are breathing a sigh of relief today after SCOTUS struck down the Biden admin’s efforts to require private businesses with 100+ employees have a COVID vaccine mandate.

The US economy – hit hard by the pandemic is still struggling as droves of workers are quitting and refusing to come back, many due to vaccine requirements. However, the Supreme Court did back the move to require healthcare workers to be vaccinated as the Omicron surge continues. Senate Democrats blocked a bill proposed by Republican Senator Ted Cruz aiming to sanction Nord Stream 2 natural gas pipeline from Russia to Germany. His Democratic counterpart, Chris Murphy of Connecticut said this particular bill would hurt Germany – not Russia. Former UK MP George Galloway joins In Question to discuss.
