The two discussed Moscow’s recent request that NATO stops expanding towards Russia’s borders, particularly into Ukraine. But the US and European NATO states have repeatedly rejected that proposal. A Belgian court found a 45-year-old Vietnamese man guilty of human trafficking in connection with the deaths of 39 Vietnamese migrants whose bodies were found in a truck in Britain back in 2020.
