Then former Governor Lincoln Chafee (D-Rhode Island) joins Scottie Nell Hughes to share his insights.

Death toll nears 300 in Sri Lanka’s bombings

Another explosion went off in Sri Lanka on Monday, following a coordinated series of deadly bombings at hotels and churches that killed 290 people on Easter Sunday. Officials declared a state of emergency and arrested 24 people in connection with the terrorist attacks. International officials warned Sri Lanka that an attack was imminent weeks in advance but due to governmental dysfunction, the leaders of the country did not receive the information. RT America’s Sara Montes de Oca joins News.Views.Hughes with the details.
