Who is qualified? Sanders and Clinton clash before NY primary 
The Clinton campaign has embarked on a new strategy following their loss in Wisconsin, a strategy they say is to ‘disqualify’ their rival. Bernie Sanders quickly fired back, saying that Clinton is not qualified.
