Over 70 dead in horrific Bastille Day terrorist attack in France 
Over 70 people are dead and dozens more injured after a truck plowed into a crowd during Bastille Day celebrations in Nice, France. The driver of the truck, which was reportedly carrying weapons and explosives, was killed by police. Former CIA agent Jack Rice joins “News with Ed” and says it is “almost impossible” to stop these kinds of low-tech terrorist attacks, which mark a “new paradigm shift” in the way terror attacks are carried out.

Pence as VP would be 'safe choice' – conservative commentator 
Some mainstream media outlets are reporting that Donald Trump will select Indiana Governor Mike Pence as his running mate. Is it a good choice? Conservative commentator Ernie White and radio talk show host Joe Madison join “News with Ed,” and White says that Pence is a “safe choice” that should appeal to the right wing of the Republican Party.
