West Virginia lawmakers reach deal on teacher strike

West Virginia Governor Jim Justice has announced that state lawmakers have reached a deal to end the teacher’s strike. Under the deal, public school teachers and state officials will receive a five percent raise. RT America’s Trinity Chavez reports.
