NYPD release video after fatally shooting bipolar father wielding pipe
The New York Police Department has released a video of 34-year-old Saheed Vassell, shot and killed by officers on Wednesday in Brooklyn. When officers first approached, they say Vassell pointed a pipe at them and took a shooting stance. Four officers then reportedly fired at the man.
