The News with Rick Sanchez - March 25, 2019 (20:00 ET)

Russia hysteria over! Time to do news again!

While top Democrats and media figures are unlikely to resign in the face of the Mueller report, they are considerably weakened for opting for the convenient “Russiagate” narrative over all other in their criticism of President Trump. Rick Sanchez explains.

If not Putin, who really owns Trump?

Rick Sanchez reports on Israel’s annexation of Gaza and what US complicity says about President Trump’s real collusion with foreign powers. Then RT America’s Dan Cohen joins live from AIPAC 2019. US State Secretary Mike Pompeo spoke at the conference, saying that “anti-Zionism is anti-Semitism” and US House Majority Leader Rep. Steny Hoyer (D-Maryland) had harsh words for fellow Democrat, Representative Ilhan Omar (D-Michigan), and her outspoken criticism of Israel.

Why did Russian planes arrive in Venezuela?

Reports have emerged of Russian troops and military equipment arriving in Caracas, Venezuela. Russian officials have yet to comment on the deployment but diplomatic sources say its purpose is to defend the government of President Maduro against those calling for regime change from the US and opposition leader Juan Guaido. RT America’s Rachel Blevins joins Rick Sanchez to discuss.
