The News with Rick Sanchez - May 03, 2019 (17:00 ET)

Toxic herbicide & pesticide usage way up

Rick Sanchez reports on the State of New York banning the pesticide chlorpyrifos after linking it to brain damage in children and compares it to the Trump administration’s Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in its failure to label glyphosate, the active ingredient in popular weed-killer Roundup, as carcinogenic despite multiple court cases ruling that glyphosate is linked to cancer. Then RT America’s Sara Montes de Oca joins Rick Sanchez to discuss the enormous increase in the use of glyphosate across the US over the past four decades, problems associated with it, and the legal battle in several states to curb or ban its use.

Evidence shows EPA in bed w/ Monsanto

Attorney Michael L Baum, managing partner and president at Baum Hedlund Law, joins Rick Sanchez to discuss the “failure of the EPA to protect people,” opting instead to protect those it is supposed to regulate, like Monsanto. He presents evidence of the regulatory capture which has corrupted the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and made Americans less safe and healthy.

This man is no general

Rick Sanchez is appalled at the ignorance of the politicians who repeatedly referred to Attorney General William Barr as “General Barr,” despite the fact that this is definitely not the man’s title.
