US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo spoke to the UN on Thursday, urging the world to step up sanctions against Iran. Pompeo cited the very treaty that the Trump administration itself had already shredded. The UN Security Council reminded him that the US has no right to invoke a treaty it had itself reneged on.
