US president scrambles to salvage Afghan military disaster (Full show)

The Taliban just kicked the US-backed government out of Afghanistan. Rick Sanchez takes us through the terrible sights and sounds from Kabul's airport as foreign governments, including that of the US, flee the country and desperate Afghans try to board planes as they take off. Then RT Correspondent Faran Fronczak files a report on the past twenty years of US involvement in Afghanistan. Rick is then joined by Kabul-based reporter Franz Marty for the latest on the ground, and then former Pentagon official Michael Maloof shares what he thinks the Taliban will do next. Then RT Correspondent Paula Slier reports on the EU bracing for an influx of Afghan refugees. Finally, Jesse Ventura joins Rick to discuss how the fall of Kabul mirrors that of Saigon.
