A Ukrainian MP publishes documents he says reveal corruption involving Kiev and US Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden.  After clearing the way for Turkey's military operation against the Kurds in northern Syria by pulling US troops out of the region,  president Donald Trump  now offers to mediate between the two sides.
