Despite EU warnings against meddling in Belarus, European leaders agree to impose sanctions on Minsk prompting accusations of hypocrisy. Russian opposition figurehead Alexey Navalny is in intensive care after falling sick during a flight to Moscow. So far the cause of his illness is unclear.
