A woman is killed as Ukrainian forces shell residential areas of Donetsk with US-supplied HIMARS rockets. It comes a day after 7 civilians, including two children, were wounded by Kiev's artillery in a neighboring town. Chinese Special Envoy says European countries should address the symptoms and root cases of the Ukraine conflict. That's as Germany calls on China to influence Russia to withdraw.
