Russia's Defense Ministry claims Ukrainian forces have been prevented from redeploying near the Dnepr River, with Kiev's troops said to have suffered heavy losses. Hunger is said to have claimed the lives of more than seven hundred people in Ethiopia's Tigray region, after the US and  UN put a hold on food aid deliveries. A Kenyan human rights body launches an investigation into alleged mass atrocities by security guards at a local US-owned pineapple farm. We hear from some of the victims.
