Russia condemns a Ukrainian drone attack on the Crimean Bridge as an act of terrorism, after it killed a mother and a father, and left their daughter severely injured. Russia says the Black Sea grain deal is basically dead in the water, as Ukraine and its Western backers were not respecting the terms of the agreement. Moscow warns it will no longer guarantee navigation safety in the Black Sea under the grain deal. Meanwhile, Turkiye's President Erdogan says it was a historic agreement and he would discuss the matter with Vladimir Putin.
