Russia’s President Putin condemns the terrorist attack as a murderous act of intimidation and says the suspects were trying to flee to Ukraine when they were caught. The death toll rises to 133 after terrorists strike a packed concert hall in the Russian capital. Among the victims are three children, while 121 people are wounded. One of the detained suspects in the massacre is interrogated by Russian Security services and confesses he was recruited on the Telegram messaging app. As Washington points the spotlight on ISIS, it insists there are no signs of Ukraine being involved. Moscow says unless the US has reliable intelligence, it’s in no place to comment.
