Israel completely cuts off the southern Gazan city of Rafah from the rest of the Strip, calling it a 'security zone' and telling Palestinians to flee the territory, in line with Donald Trump's resettlement plan. Russia's Foreign Minister highlights the root causes of the Ukraine conflict that Moscow is now trying to resolve with the new administration in Washington. Moscow also stresses that Washington should accept the impossibility of returning Ukraine to its 1991-borders. That's as four-hour-talks between Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump's special envoy focus on ending the military conflict. The Iranian side has given its first comment on the ongoing high-level talks with the US in Oman. It comes after Washington threatened to attack Tehran, unless it curbs its nuclear programme. Some Iranians are not getting their hopes up.
