Thrown under the bus

Renationalizing Britain's rail system is a daily debate. But surprisingly there are far more British bus users than rail commuters and they have been neglected. A privatized bus system has meant that many people are left stranded - feeling the full force of an ineffective privatized system. So, we ask why are British buses in such a parlous state?
