RT spoke with Chan Han Choi, a 65-year-old Australian citizen born in South Korea. Arrested in 2017 on charges of assisting North Korea in acquiring weapons of mass destruction, he spent three years in prison despite the accusations being dropped shortly after his arrest. Choi has since filed a lawsuit against the Australian government for alleged human rights violations during his custody.
