Episode 107

The prospect of a ‘Brexit’ from the EU could trigger a new Scottish independence referendum. By the end of 2016, Britain could be both out of Europe and a State no more. Joining Sputnik this week to discuss the potential demise of Great Britain is Ron McKay, novelist, journalist and commentator. And there was a collective sense of loss and mourning this week as David Bowie’s death took the world by surprise. There was also the rare sight of thousands of people in Brixton celebrating the life of the ‘Thin White Duke’.
