Sexual assault in the US military reaches boiling point & St. Louis moves to 'defund the police'

The military is facing a wave of pressure from both sides of the aisle to move the prosecution of sex crimes out of the chain of command. A city spending plan presented on Thursday would cut about $4 million from the St. Louis police budget and eliminate 98 vacant officer positions.
