Corruption at Veterans Affairs Department

Tim Petoskey reported on numerous issues at the US Department of Veterans Affairs to the VA Office of Inspector General including discrimination, gross mismanagement and misuse of overtime, and he said an investigation led to the then-chief, deputy chief, patrol commander, and operations commander all being terminated.
