Emerging Detente?

It may not be visible in the media, but both the Kremlin and the White House have recently softened their rhetoric vis-a-vis one another. The phrase "our partners" no longer seems ironic when coming from Putin, while Obama praised the business-like approach to their interactions. Is there anything more to it than the necessity of the moment? To discuss this, Oksana is joined by Dana Rohrabacher, a senior Republican on the House Foreign Affairs Committee.
