Coalition of enemies?

The Iraqi city of Fallujah has seen many consequential battles, but the upcoming offensive against Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL) promises to top them all. Branded as liberation, it has already sent thousands fleeing, while encouraging others to join the IS ranks. Is Fallujah's so called liberation likely to cause more death and destruction than leaving it under IS control? To discuss that, Oksana is joined by Lina Khatib, head of the Middle East and North Africa Programme at Chatham House.
